Discussion: This crumbly floor layer, not easily defined, but a general removal of a grey/white layer onto a more consistently hard and grey layer. The unit actually consists of several floor layers. There is a general sloping towards the S wall F.263.
Recognition: floorlevel exposed by trowelling, a grey layer of smooth material
Definition: against plaster feature on S wall, reasonably clearly defined area
Execution: trowel, in plan and grid
Condition: dry
Consistency: fairly soft and crumbly
Colour: 10 YR 6/8 brownish grey
Texture: silty clay
Bedding: layered, several plaster type layers
