Description: FAST TRACK

Discussion: The Western wall of space 233 apparently went through at least two phases, or perhaps a later construction. When we were removing infill 11102 and trying to follow the plaster to define the walls of the space we soon realized that the first couple of mud brick courses were likely to be a laster construction, placed above the mud brick, protruding 4cm to the west. These courses of mud brick and morter are realted to what is happening in the southern wall of the space, f1801.

Depth and volume estimated in PX. Unclear how much of this unit (if any) was dry sieved (DE 2009)

Recognition: recognized as the western wall of sp. 233/bld 46. 2 courses of mudbrick were slumping over the plastered wall surface of an earlier wall
