Discussion: This mortar in wall F3656 was very eroded like the bricks u.21303, especially in the N. At times it was not visible there. It was excavated with trowel and pick axe.

Five courses were preserved. The first was not seen in the N due to erosion. The second and third was sloping in the N, due to an animal burrow that caused a collapse in that corner. Mortar had also been laid along the E wall of B119, to make it stable.

The sixth course was not observed everywhere and was thus included in the foundation brick unit 21348.
