Discussion: Vertical cut on central part of N wall F.3682 made in order to install the oven F.8101. The wall mortar and mudbrick were cut in an escalated manner in order to fit the fire installation: the preparation unit (base of oven) at the bottom step, creating a continuous surface with the upper step, where the baked floors/infills were laid.
Interestingly, on top of this cut another, possibly earlier cut is visible within the wall, that was infilled with sandy clay packing material. The purpose of this earlier cut is unknown.
