Dimensions: thickness varies from 2mm - 5cm 

Discussion: No boundary with 1535. The infilling between wall 1515 and wall 96/58 originally presumed to be later then the two walls, but while demolishing wall 1515, it became apparent that the infilling was integral with the mortar of the wall 1515 and appears to have been made of identical material. 

Execution: Trowel 

Condition: Hotish but not much breeze 

Consistency: moderately weak 

Colour: 2.5 Y6/3 (light olive brown) 

Texture: silty clay (humic in places) 

Bedding: Massive 

Inclusions: Bone, shell, charcoal <2% , clay balls 

Post-depositional Features: bad disturbance from root action and animal burrows 

Basal Boundary: boundary with 96/58 - anthropogenic, constructional, prominent and wavy.
