Discussion: This unit consists of mixed bricks and mortar of wall 259, made of units (3754) and (3753). Bricks and mortar are closely bonded, making separation difficult. 

Recognition: Dark brown and yellowish brown mortar and bricks. 

Definition: Clear on the top and S edge, diffuse up to E edge. 

Execution: Small pick, mattock and trowel. 

Condition: Dry. 

Consistency: strong 

Colour: 10 YR 6/4 light yellowish brown 

Texture: silty clay loam 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: <2% stone, charcoal 

Post-depositional Features: salts, secondary carbonates
