Discussion: This unit represents the plaster on platform f. 3507 which has been visible since the beginning of the 2014 season, but which was not possible to excavate until the sequence of floors in the W. of sp. 370 was dealt with. When this layer was removed (by trowel and brush) it became clear that it was plastered almost directly on top of u. 20865, the patchy floor plaster covering the western half of the space. The difference between the layers was discerned by a very thin lens of brown clay, which was removed with u. 20866. This layer partially modified the shape of platform f. 3507, but was the plastering event immediately following its more major modification.
