Dimensions: 120 x 145 x 2 cm 

Discussion: Removal 2754, revealed a creamy- grey coloured thin layer of plaster floor which also overlaid a fire place/oven. The oven yielded partly removal of 2754 but still underneath the creamy coloured plaster floor, so that means the fire place belong to the earlier floors at the moment.

The oven seems to abut to the S wall and is apparently V-shaped, advanced excavation may yield different results. 

Condition: shaded but hot 

Consistency: moderately weak 

Colour: 10 YR 5/4 yellowish brown 

Texture: silty clay 

Bedding: mostly massive although compound layers also present 

Inclusions: siliceous plant remains, very small amount of LS fragments, < 5 % and < 2 mm, rounded or irregular, basic orientation within the deposit 

Post-depositional Features: levelling 

Basal Boundary: anthropogenic and constructional
