Discussion: Part of general infilling of space 113, similar to infilling (2081) above and only separated because of appearance of ridge to east and thin wall to south. Sub-divided into four quadrants - (2332), (2333), (2334) and (2335) because of possible proximity to floor 

 

Execution: trowel 

Condition: warm and bright 

Consistency: moderately firm 

Colour: 10YR 5/4 yellowish brown 

Texture: sandy silt loam 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: occasional charcoal lenses - 2%, occasional plaster patches - 5% 

Post-depositional Features: some root activity 

Basal Boundary: variable - abrupt to clear, distinct to faint, smooth, sloping downwards from west to east
