Fill 11937 was excavated today and it contains the very same material (mud brick with wood impressions) as 10286. The content of 11937 is burnt but much less than that of 10286. I think that when the fire started in the house 52, 119... click here for more... |

| Entry: | The excavation of Building 52 was finished today. We got the building down to the level is going to stay for now (and forever probably) and also our understanding of the stratigraphic relationships in the area is a lot better now.

| Entry: | I started removing the plaster 12667 on the floor of B51 today. It seems that it's the only plaster layer in the house with one brown clay make up layer set on top of the room fill of B52 in some areas and directly on top of floors of B52 in other areas.

| Entry: | Today our understanding of B51 changed dramaticly. It is clear now that the east, the north and half of the west wall of B51 are walls of B52 reused in 51. So are the platforms.
